I wonder if they've decided to work on Oct-Dec now. It's a crazy theory, but maybe all the new adjudicators are finally trained and they have divvied up those three months to everyone. I'm sure those are the months they are seeing congressional inquiries for and getting so many calls and complaints about. That is the only thing I can think of to explain why these months are all seeing approvals right now. Or they're just juking the stats, which is the old theory.

Yea I know the whole thing is confusing bc I literally checked my status a few minutes before the email and it said nothing. Then it updated once I got the text and email. I even checked again the morning to make sure bc I am still in shock was not expecting this but that doesn't mean I am not over the moon lol. I think we may see more approvals.

Would be very nice, but I don't really get that excited anymore by it. It's interesting if nothing else. I suppose it could be an expedite but that would be a strangely timed expedite.

guys, why we dont think now that they work now hard to achieve the max 5 month time, that now they have no excuses because they routed new cases to csc, maybe now their goal starting from dec until march to achive max 5 month or 6 by very max

I think this is sort of true, if I'm understanding what you mean. I think the December approvals fits into the same category as the November approvals last month while TSC was really, truly still working on September. TSC is really working on October right now. Notice how there are no November (or very, very few) being approved right now? I firmly believe TSC is pushing through some December so they can say they are meeting (or close to meeting) the 5 month goal for a certain number/percentage of petition. I think this is for their own internal reporting and does no good to the overall processing time they publish. And largely does no good for most people, unless you are one of the lucky few that are approved.

LOL we have no doubt that TSC is soooo freaking suck , but we just try to think how now they work, and yes they are i think trying to achieve 5 months just for the reporting that now they make difference, but truly i need to have hope, the thing that happening right now by dec approval is something good we need to hand in there and anyone now dec filler needs to have hope everyday that anything could happen

Has there been a TSC Fairy update since last week? I haven't received an update since 5/21/15.
