Is anyone else feeling a bit more optimistic seeing the August filers starting to get their NOA2's at about the 6 month mark? April will hopefully be our month!

This wait is horrid. UGH.

Also, does anyone know when I get my police record? Do I have to wait, or can I get it out of the way a few months early so I'm not delayed?

I don't know specific rules for Canada, but I should think you can get it now with no problems.

Unfortunately I don't see April being our month. It will probably be closer to May/June depending on when in October you filed. I could hope for late April, but I have a feeling that will be for September.

Can only imagine that due to DACA, we will all probably experience some kind of delays. I've been reading of some delays already. But I suppose at least we will be able to have our spouses finally with us while waiting.

I'm sure hoping for April. They are getting through some August, even though there are still June and July left to go. If they are working on 3 months at a time, that can't be a horrible thing. I have a hard time going by all the estimates on here though with the statistical graphs, as not everyone updates their timeline. I'm sure there are hoards of people that log on, update their timeline, and then we don't hear from them for months at a time when they don't log on. I'm sure the amount of NOA 2's out there is a lot bigger!

Or I'm being overly optimistic here, lol. I hit the 4 month mark yesterday, so I know the end is in sight.

Nope, you're correct. I'm keeping a spreadsheet of igors data and in my opinion June is finished apart from maybe people who had RFEs or some odd circumstances. Yesterday I decided to check the numbers and of the 58 (at the time) unapproved June petitions, there were only 8 left that haven't had an RFE who were potentially still active on the site. Most of the profiles haven't logged on in months or have actually been deleted. The 8 remaining were somewhat challenging, too, in that several had their profiles set to private so I couldn't tell when they last logged in.

July there definitely are some left waiting, but the numbers are relatively small. I think I counted about 30 who are still active on the site and haven't received an RFE.

That makes me feel so much better. I'm so happy you did what I have wanted to do, but haven't had the time to do. Though it seems like longer, it does seem like TSC is getting approvals out in "approximately" 6 months. Though it's no 10 day approval (sigh), it's better than it could be, I suppose. I wish USCIS would update their website too. It's still showing the December 31st numbers, and that was the end of June. 2 months past that should definitely be putting them into August. I am waiting for the slow random September approvals to start trickling in. I believe there have been a small amount?

I don't think I ever posted here, but I have scanned through once or twice. I'm also in the October bunch, NOA1 on the 31st October. I have been paying it too much attention because I have another visa petition active (different category). That one is close to the interview stage.

Yes, the waiting is difficult. I think disconnecting from VJ every once in a while helps.

I am trying to ignore the fact that there have been no Approvals reported from yesterday so far - but then this has happenend before.

Patience...

Today is 8 weeks for me in the TSC quue- Easily 24 more to go...
