How can a case be transfered to CSC from TSC? What circumstance are needed? There has to be efforts to doing so.

No. Transfers are only made by USCIS to suit them selves, not anyone applying.

Yeah, I'm beating a dead horse by telling people that a transfer is not likely. Not gonna happen, people! :pop:

Where did I post my analogy of the greedy kid who's too full to eat his last cookie but refuses to share it because it's his? That's USCIS

Just took a look at Igors list for TSC K1's today and saw a couple August and September people who got NOA2 without evidence of special status!! That's given me some wind in my sails that they're marching on through and our time will come!

Unfortunately, I think the likelihood is that they weren't TSC but that they *thought* they were because they sent the application to the Texas Lockbox. But never know I guess.

Somewhat off topic but ever since registering for some bridal stuff I get hit with tons of bridal spam... so annoying. Today's snail mail took the cake though! An invitation to somewhere that sells diet pills with the tagline ''get in shape for your wedding''.

As it was going down the shredder I popped a chocolate in my mouth and had some choice words.

They seem like legit TSC. I'm thinking this could be more of a tactic to making it appear that the processing time is lower. Each "recent" approval moves the processing date a fraction forward. It's like a giant eff you from tsc! Lol

I also believe those petitions approved 2/2/15 were legit TSCers. The one approved with NOA1 9/30/14, the country of beneficiary is the Dominican Republic. In their post history someone actually asked them if they were expedited for any reason. They replied no.

It's already known they don't work in order. That would seem to logical, now wouldn't it??

There were 2 updated today 2/3/15 on Igor's from 7/28, and 7/29, ~6 month approval time, which is what is currently being reported by USCIS themselves. We can only hold out hope that 6 months is now the best they can do and hope it doesn't get worse. :sleepy:

When filling in your timeline, please understand that all I-129F's are sent to the LOCKBOX in Texas, and then ROUTED (not transferred) to your ASSIGNED service center- the one in Texas "TSC" (not the same as the lockbox!), or the one in California "CSC". If your tracking number starts with WAC, you're at the CSC, you were not transferred! There are no transfers at this time. If your number starts with SRC you're at the TSC and that's where you will serve your entire sentence.USCIS isn't fair.

They don't care about you.

Looks like it anyways. One of their US States was New York, so they should have gone to TSC, right?

6 months is bad enough as it is. But ist also looks like there are still some June people left, as well as early July.

While I am happy for those not having to wait for freaking ever (and even they waited pretty long), I can only imagine what the rest of the Julys must feel like, seeing September and August coming in early.

Here is to hoping they think their backlog is really bad and they need to do some catching up before people start storming their building...

They seem like legit TSC. I'm thinking this could be more of a tactic to making it appear that the processing time is lower. Each "recent" approval moves the processing date a fraction forward. It's like a giant eff you from tsc! Lol

pretty much what I thought when I saw it... :-D

Hahaha you guys! I love our thread. I'm sure TSC "tries" to go in order. However, do any of you guys ever picture what their office looks like? I just picture bins full of applications and papers all over the floor. I feel like they just kind of pick up whatever one is there, which most of the time would be in a general order (like the most recent month's worth) but there's that one or two filers now and then that just happen to jump into the more recent bin...

Or April, you could be right. They could just be trying to make us think that they're quick when they aren't.

Yuna- yuppp- That about sums it up. Bridal spam is the worst. That's why you have to make an email simply for bridal stuff. I spent an entire day unsubscribing to bridal stuff recently because I went to bridal shows and signed up so I could win stuff, hahaha.

Oh, also- go to bridal shows! Santy and I have already won stuff like a whole spa day! Some of the shows are free, and you get to go and eat desserts & appetizers, listen to music, get cool wedding ideas, drink mimosas, get free stuff (I love candy, so you better believe I had my bag filled like it was Halloween) and win prizes! But remember- make a separate email so you can just delete it afterwards lolol. It's fun to experience at least one time with friends! My fiance & I had fun at a few :)

Yesssssss!!!! That makes me so happy!!! After all your stressing, he made it without problems and you've got a couple months together!

I can totally relate to the skype fighting. Too much time between visits and it gets really difficult!

We had a good time saturday. Spent a good nearly 3 hrs together getting to know eachother, hear stories of how we all met, showed off pics and just generally ranted!

Post a pic of two of yall out having fun while he's here if ya want!
