How long does it take USCIS to ship after NOA2?

I got my noa2 on oct 8 and they still say they don't have it. hmmmm....sending them an email. all things come in due time i guess. :clock:

did you get USCIS notice saying that your case was shipped to NVC?

I was about to call NVC to check, however, I saw your post and made me think maybe I won't be getting mine as well since we have the same received date. I hope we can have it anytime soon so we can start the NVC process :(

Oh, man... That sucks. Can't we just get a break?

NVC received our case on Nov 4, so even if their estimate is a bit stretched out, we still have to wait at least three more weeks.

Patience, people. There's nothing else to do. I will call once a week anyway; maybe we get lucky.

Called NVC today. They received our case on 11/3. NOA2 is 10/22.

Operator told me that I have to wait 30 days to get my case#

Is it true that NVC is now only excepting photocopies of civil documents?

Yes, I have read an article that they released last Nov 12, if I'm not mistaken, that they are accepting photocopies and all orig docs will be presented and reviewed at the embassy.
