No. We just got out case number on the 25/11 when I called them. Iv done the Ds-261. When I called them they said they had sent out a letter to my husband on the 24/11 but he has not recorded anything yet. Then they took our emails. It's wierd cuz they said they sent the letter and I figured it was in email for so I thought he would get it immediately but nope.

Most people report any where from a few days to a couple weeks.. We don't know for sure.. But most ppl receive it a few days after seeing that..

if they say they sent you a letter I'm guessing it's not through email if they didn't have your email to begin with..

They did have my husbands email. Because they asked to confirm it. I havnt heard of them sending the welcome letter by post before but if they have done that then it should arrive this coming week hopefully.
