I just called NVC and they told me, that they received our case today.

Since we have the same shipping date, you might want to try again today. :)

Thank you for the hint, I tried it right away. Just got off the phone with NVC and they still didn´t receive our case yet :(

update

Just got off the phone with NVC, our case arrived on Oct 28! Pheew. I was starting to worry it had been lost or something. I was also told that I would receive communication from NVC soon. I asked "like, how soon? :D " but the rep kept saying to contact them if 42 days have passed by.

One little step at a time.

Just wanted to ask if you already got your case #? Ours was received last Oct 28 as well. CR1 here. You? Thanks!
