How long does it take USCIS to ship after NOA2?

Hey guys, anyone got a case # from NVC?

Our case is still not "in the building" as per the NVC operator I just spoke with.

 

I am the beneficiary.
USCIS
12/20/2013 ... I-130 sent from France to Chicago lockbox
12/23/2013 ... I-130 received
12/27/2013 ... NOA1 email received
01/07/2014 ... I-797C receipt received: Nebraska Service Center, Priority Date: December 23, 2013
06/06/2014 ... "Alien Registration Number Change" email received
07/23/2014 ... e-Request filed. 7 months since NOA1!!!
08/07/2014 ... e-Request response: Security checks still pending
09/15/2014 ... After various requests NSC email received stating that petition is "assigned to an officer" ... Going on 9 months since NOA1
09/24/2014 ... I-130 FINALLY APPROVED!!! ... After 9 months and 1 day
10/15/2014 ... Case shipped to NVC, three weeks after NOA2

11/18/2014 ... Case # and IIN assigned
12/02/2014 ... NVC welcome email received
12/31/2014 ... AOS and IV packages received at NVC - Scan Date

Hey California Luf - it's taking some time. Mine was received 10/7 and they didn't assign a number till 10/24. I happened to call on the same day it was assigned and I got the Invoice ID # and Beneficiary ID # too. I recommend calling every few days.

Hey JamaicaBeautiy -

Yes, I received the welcome letter via email the next day, which was a Saturday. There seems to be a delay for their emails. When I logged in to the site, I submitted the DS-261 and paid the AOS fee same day.

Woohoo !! Great news !! Let us know once they have assign case number ours was shipped on the 16th of October so ours might be there as well..

Yeah, great news!!!! :)

Ours was shipped on Oct. 17th but it wasn´t received yet (NOA2 Oct. 6th). NVC told us yesterday to make a research request per email. :(

USCIS center for me is Vermont so may be their processing is different, gave them a call all they told me was it was shipped last week when my application was approved. NVC line is always busy unfortunately...

Hello Tristanz can I get Vermonts number? Also did you get a notice from USCIS that they have shipped after approval? I got my approval on 20 OCtober and wondering if they shipped it or I should wait to get a notice from USCIS that they shipped.

Hello Tristanz can I get Vermonts number? Also did you get a notice from USCIS that they have shipped after approval? I got my approval on 20 OCtober and wondering if they shipped it or I should wait to get a notice from USCIS that they shipped.

if you filled out the g-1145 they will email you once they have shipped your case to the nvc.. Ours took a little over two weeks to be shipped..

Yeah, great news!!!! :)

Ours was shipped on Oct. 17th but it wasn´t received yet (NOA2 Oct. 6th). NVC told us yesterday to make a research request per email. :(

I just called NVC and they told me, that they received our case today.

Since we have the same shipping date, you might want to try again today. :)

CR-1 Visa

10/03/2013: Marriage

04/21/2014: received NOA1 --> Routed to Nebraska Service Center

10/06/2014: NOA2

10/17/2014: Shipped from USCIS to NVC.

11/04/2014: NVC received case

12/01/2014: Case number & Invoice ID assigned

12/01/2014: Submitted DS-261

12/02/2014: Paid AOS fee

12/08/2014: Sent AOS & IV Documents

12/11/2014: IV/AOS Scan Date

12/24/2014: Paid IV fee

12/30/2014: Submitted DS-260

02/05/2015: Case Complete (Yay!!!)

02/10/2015: Medical in Munich

Thank you JamaicaBeauty but looks like the each centre issuing it a different way. I Was at vermont and I'm yet to hear of anyone who received a notice from from vermont saying it had been shipped. Just notification from NVC that it was received. Will wait and see.

maybe try calling uscis, a rep might tell you if it was shipped and when..

Haha, Same here. Called last night and was told they received it on Oct 28. No case number yet. I was on hold for 40minutes at 11:00pm est, the actual convo lasted only 1 minutes :) Same spiel about 42days :(

8-23-2014 sent I-130 to USCIS AZ PO box

8-25-2014 USCIS Receives I-130

8-27-2014 USCIS Sends text for NOA1

9-22-2014 NOA2

9-26-2014 Received NOA2 in the mail.

10-15-2014 USCIS Ships I-130 to NVC

10-28-2014 NVC Receives I-130
