How long does it take USCIS to ship after NOA2?

Just received our welcome letter but AOS fee still not available. I'm trying to call them now.

Same here I just received welcome email and I went on the site and it's still not available to pay.. Please let me know what they say..

Same here I just received welcome email and I went on the site and it's still not available to pay.. Please let me know what they say..

After what felt like a 100 call back attempts and then being on hold for 30 minutes I spoke to a very nice lady. She said the CEAC payment portal is down. It should be back up an running by Friday (US time) and should be able to pay AOS by then.

She also said that once you get the letter you can send finacial and civil documents straight away with the cover letter. You don't have to wait to pay the AOS fee or IV fee. She stressed that 60 day clock is linked to document scan date not payment of fees so get them in ASAP. That's good to know.

We are going to wait to pay the AOS fee because that will give my husband time to put all the docs together lol. Then we we will hopefully send everything by end of next week (God willing). I think if the AOS still not available by next end of next week we will still send in the docs.

So thankful to God that there is progress!!! ?

My husband also just got the AOS invoice letter. So looks like we will be able to pay AOS before next week hopefully.

thats good to know I'm waiting on my husband to send me his police record he went Friday but it wasn't there so tomorrow he's gonna try again.. And once I get that and his civil documents I will send them off.. Maybe by then AOS fee will be available anyways..Thanks so much for the information..

Hi I just checked the website and AOS fee is available to pay so tomorrow I will be paying it..

Nope AOS fee still not available, matter of fact the ceac website still kicks me out when I click on any of the fees.

I have not sent the docs yet, just waiting on new police certificates the ones I had already ordered will expire in a month and I don't wanna get a checklist!

I thought you were able to pay AOS the same day you filled out ds-261? Yeah, get a new police cert. hopefully we won't get a checklist as well. Waiting is really a test of our patience. Try calling NVC regarding the ceac website, btw.

10 days since my NOA2 from California service center. Saw a lot of recently approved petitions there so I'm hoping they are going to send them all over to NVC in a group together! Ready to get going. Anyone else waiting for USCIS to ship to NVC??

Rep said can take 30-40 days but often times it is sooner. Tiny glimpse of hope I guess.

11-03-14 : NOA1, Case Transferred to California Service Center

11-24-14 : NOA2

12-12-14 : Case received by NVC

01-15-15 : Case # Assigned

01-15-15: DS-261 completed

01-20-15: AOS fee invoiced & paid

01-21-15: Mailed AOS & IV Packages

01-22-15: ORIGINAL SCAN DATE- both packages

01-23-15: Sent corrected AOS - caught my own mistake

02-11-15: IV bill invoiced & paid

02-14-15: DS-260 completed

04-01-15: Case Complete

04-16-15: P4 e-mail

05-14-15: Interview Date
