Yes they said they recvd them the 17th so that's what ppl mean by scan date ?

As far as I know, if the email says they received them on the 17th, then that is your scan date. NVC calls it a "received date" and we call it a "scan date."

Hi guys I am new to this and its very helpful. I seen ppl getting responses before the 60 days and I wish that will happen to me.

My husband is in DR and I want to get this over with I started everything in Jan 2014.

Affidavit Doc received 9.3.14 (which the 60 days are almost up)

IV application 10.6.14

I am hoping and crossing my finger that when they review the affidavit they review everything and complete my case.

Please let me know if that's happened to any of you. :jest:

Need advise!

Saturday will be 60 days for me. My scan date is 8/27. Only today and tmw working days is left. Still dont have a CC. Should i call NVC and speak to a supervisor? Or just wait it out hoping eventually to get a CC.

Also, can someone have CC although AOS fee hasnt changed to N/A? Im afraid to call bc i dont think i can take any bad news :(

Mine too.. Aug 27 Original scan date for AOS & IV.... so far no checklist :)

I recommend to wait until Monday.... official 60th day

My suggestion --- is that if your AOS bill hasn't changed from PAID to N/A or if you cannot take bad news, hold off till tomorrow or even Monday, if you can. I am sure you will get your CC before that.

Most probably you will see that somewhere by friday, or over the weekend, you will have to fees changed from PAID to N/A. if not, you can call on monday and legitimately ask for a supervisor review (worst case scenario) . Fingers crossed!!!!

I think there were a couple of cases in the october thread who did say they had a case complete without the N/A.

Thank you for your response! I have waited this long, i can wait til Monday ?

Mine too.. Aug 27 Original scan date for AOS & IV.... so far no checklist :)

Fine! I shall wait til Monday ?

our case has been reviewed exactly after 60days. we received a checklist as expected because of my certificate of clearance In Singapore.

I applied COC beforehand this checklist, my ELectronic processing letter was the one I used to request one and it was accepted.

So for those who wants to apply COC in Singapore, learn from what I did to save time. it took a month though to get it done.

I will be scanning my Coc tonight and email it to NVC.

have a good day to all.

My Journey:

March 29, 2013 :PD Dec-20, 2013 USCIS approval date July 28. 2015 (F) (F) (F)Interview Date APPROVED.

Ok its official now ---- FINALLY got CASE COMPLETE EMAIL today from NVC. :star::star::star::star::D:D:D:D

I had a the AOS fee change from PAID to N/A on 16 oct and called up NVC to have a verbal confirmation. But I only got the email today from them confirming it.

I did EP processing from Canada. Last scan date was Sept 8 for AOS checklist.

I truly want to thank Saylin :innocent: for the wiki. it truly helped a lot. Thanks so much.

Now getting ready to move to the interview thread. Step 3 waiting officially commences. :clock::yes:

Congratulations thank goodness you are done!!! Did a supervisor review? Or did you have to wait the time? When was the scan date of your checklist received?

so happy for you if you can share the information so i can see if mine will be finished soon too.
