You meant aug 29?

NVC operator is confusing most of the time....

first they told me my last scan date was August 29 but everytime I call they changes they said that my last scanned documents was Sept. 2

So I clarify it to the operator who told me that my case is complete, She told me it was Sept. 2

Also when I check at CEAC I never got that N/A changes .

Nothing changed yet... will be calling again tomorrow, been hanging out at NVC since May I think it's time for me to move on to something more exciting :cry:

The funny part next day N/A changed back to PAID :ranting: ... good thing I took few screenshots to stare at whenever I need a "dose of hope" :rofl::rofl:

The delays are so frustrating. Lol, at this point anything to give u hope and help u carry on is worth doing.

Congratulations to CCs today so far. I am sure more good news will roll in.

Great to see the NVC pickig up some speed especially after the holiday.

They must be reviewing multiple dates simultaneously so most likely in the next day or two people late Aug scan dates wll hopefully get a CC as well.

I called them yesterday. They still haven't reviewed our AOS package, our scan date is August 19!!! She said "We might be reviewing it this week". I told her you HAVE TO review it this week, the deadline is sixty days, which means October 19, and October 19 is Sunday! So you HAVE to review it by Friday! I'm calling again today and asking to speak to a supervisor! We also sent out an expedite request on Thursday and it hasn't been reviewed yet, even thouh I also sent emails to our embassy. We were expedited in the USCIS stage but I didn't want to expedite in NVC cause I thought its not gonna take longer than three months, plus we had some financial troubles....which are resolved now,thankfully. I know we got a checklist for our IV package, because I didn't know that we also have to send in my husbands court certificate, its a requirement specific to our embassy, which I didn't know about. That's why I decided to expedite....I pray to God we get something today...please Jesus! By the way I think it sucks that they haven't reviewed my AOS package yet and September is already getting CC....

Please let us know how this goes. We were told packets will be reviewed together within 60 days of last packet scanned in. When was your IV packet scanned?

I sent both packages in together, scan date : August 19! Oh so they told you they were going to review the packages together? Who told you this? I'm calling a supervisor today to complain! This is ridiculous , like I said if they don't get it done by Friday then it's gonna be over sixty days and that's just unacceptable!!! I am so SICK AND TIRED from this process...I have literally lost my nerves, im aggrevated by every little detail. I yell at my parents, I don't have much patience with my customers....the NVC has turned me into a maniac! God I hate them!

Well Oct 3..is your last scan date as of now….right??? I would say wait till this friday…..why? my reasoning is….lets say you sent it today Oct 15…and they do find your paperwork in the system….then my worry would be they might give you Oct 15 (and 60 more calendar days) as the last scan date..even though its the same paper….this is NVC….maybe i am jaded by the system…LOL.. <_< .

If you wait till friday and call up NVC and they say the still cannot see your paperwork in the system..then send it again. This way if it is delayed…then at least its because you gave them enough time. I honesty don't know. I am not an expert at NVC otherwise I would be long over this Process... :diablo:

as of now…i think its all magic and mumbo jumbo….people are getting case complete from sept 3 being their last scan date and there are people waiting from aug 14…who knows what is going on... :girlwerewolf2xn::alien::alien::alien::alien::alien::lol::lol::lol::lol:

We are also in supervisor review.dont know anything till then..will find out early next week. If anything moves I shall let you know. hopefully we both get out of this BS sooner rather than later.

My POE will be from montrealsince i will not be taking any furniture with me (as of the current plan) i will most probably flying in to NYC.that shall be my POE.(as of now)..things can changeA LOT.as we know.. :rofl:

I spoke today with NVC the supervisor said she has sent out a request to search for those emails and she has not received any information yet. She said I had to wait and she would call me. The funny thing is that I talked to the operator before that and she still could not see any of my emails for Sept 25 and Oct 3 I wonder what happens if I send another copy again??? What do you think??

*On 08/01/14 I received a checklist via email and responded right away. Over a month later, on 09/09/14, I received the hard-copy in the mail. Upon reading the hard-copy, I found that NVC made a mistake and emailed me the wrong checklist. I contacted a supervisor at NVC and she instructed me to write a letter of explanation to accompany my "real" checklist response. She also told me this may not help me and that we may be back in line. Lord help us!

There's a sept 5 last scan date CC on the other thread folks!!! I really think there's a "new" team who started reviewing September scan dates this week. Good luck to everyone, hope people from late August can hear something good soon!

Sigh. Thanks everyone for the answers. This process is incredibly disheartening - we followed all the steps the way we were instructed and are now being basically penalized for it.

Just catching up on this thread, but last week Supervisor Mari told me that one of my packets was reviewed two weeks ago, but the other was not yet reviewed. So, they are not consistently reviewing both packages together.

Why do I get the feeling the late Augest filers are going to spend the next 10-15 days waiting for CC while most of Sept gets approved?

Congratulations! I am so happy for you! Thanks for posting this info, it helps to know that they are up to some September dates.

My timeline for NVC processing:

May 4, 2014 Submitted DS261

May 7, 2014 Paid AOS fee

May 12, 2014 Received an email confirming that my DS261 (agent registration) form has been processed

May 15, 2014 Paid IV fee

Last scan date: July 22, 2014 NVC received my IV and AOS packages (mailed together), date confirmed in the email on Aug 5, which also told me that it will take at least 60 days to process

July 25, 2014: Submitted DS260

August 6, 2014 Requested an expedite

August 8, 2014 Got an email from NVCExpedite asking for two phone numbers

August 8, 2014 Responded with two phone numbers

August 15, 2014 Received an email from NVCExpedite which states: "The US Embassy or Consulate is willing to expedite this case once we have all the fees, forms, and documents. We received documents for your case. Please allow 60 days for us to review your documents."

August 15, 2014 Called NVC, the rep told my husband that while the Embassy has agreed to expedite my case, NVC will still take at least 60 days. The reason that NVC cannot do it any faster is because they cannot sort through all the mail to locate my case.

September 16, 2014 Got a checklist for a divorce decree, the original of which I submitted. They said it needs to have a stamp, even though it was issued by a US judge, whose office confirmed that their original decrees do not have stamps. [/background][/size][/font][/color]

September 29, 2014 Mailed a copy of the decree with a certification and stamp attached to it. The judge's office in Lancaster county, Nebraska, said that this is how they certify their documents. They still do not put stamps on originals or copies themselves.

October 2, 2014 Checklist scan date

October 17, 2014 AOS fee changed from "paid" to N/A

October 20, 2014 Case complete confirmed by calling NVC.
