I got my interview date Oct. 3rd by calling NVC but i havent got the P4 letter. I called NVC and the rep said i'll get it in 2 or 3 working days but i told him thats what Lisa said when i called Oct.3rd, he then said ok i will recieve the P4 tomorrow which is Thursday. Fingers crossed then.

I'm in the same situation, I haven't got my letter yet either. I Got my interview date on Oct 2 and still nothing. If I don't get it tomorrow, I told my husband that I'll take the hour and drive to Portsmouth and hit the send button for them?

Woooooooow am so happy for you Amanda. You really deserve it, after all you went thru in the hands of NVC. Am so happy for you.

I expect they'll look into my email around Monday. My best guess is I was put on a genuine AP. If that is the case then the sky is the limit as to how long it would take to conclude. I'm actually encouraged by what happened to our old VJ buddy INDIM. His AP was resolved on Day 61 and already made it through his POE... Just had a PM response from him the other day.

I hope Betsy will come through for you, dear, before the week is over. Hold your chin up and drink that bug juice that Austin prescribed for you on the other thread.

Wow how pathetic they would put you of all people in AP, I hope and pray your wrong and it's what scares me the most with my situation. Everything has gone wrong so AP would just be the last straw. :(

Not sure about the bug juice hehehee and thank you so much I hope Betsy can help in some way also, I'll let you know. (F) (L) (F)

I have one question..

My interview had in mumbai on 7th Oct, CO gave 221(g) for submit my joint sponsor 2013 W2 forms through VFS. CEAC status was AP last updated date 07 Oct. I submitted them in VFS next day with passport on 08 Oct. Now CEAC status is AP last updated date is today 09 Oct. Is there any chance to issue visa without changing the CEAC status to Issued??

As they mentioned these lines under AP "If your visa application is approved, it will be processed and mailed/available within two business days."

hey guys, who goes under AP?? or what makes one go under A.P?

is it related to missing documents?? or about affidavit of support document??

all what i know from ( the us embassy in Ankara) website is that some applicant might go through additional checking that is called A.P and it says it might take a month up to 6 months.. it sounds scary :(

thank u in advance for replying!

My husband got an appointment at a doctor for medical exam, which he needs to do before his interview.

He says that he got an instruction from the doctor about vaccinations for immigration visa.

Does he need to see his primary doctor in order to get the vaccinations shots before seeing the doctor that the embassy has instructed to go? Or the doctor who does the visa medical exam can do the vaccination shots when he is there?
