Hey guys! I traveled back to go be with my baby on 3/10/15 so I just decided to check the USCIS website now and it says we were approved on 3/12/15.. My fiancé is not here with me right now he stepped out. I can't wait to give him the good news. I will be back next week to the US. Will it be too late to start the next process? Good luck to those that are still waiting for approval.

visa received: September, 24, 2015

POE: October,5,2015

AOS/EAD/AP: October 29,2015 

EAD/AP approved:01/26/2016 card received: 02/02/2016

AOS approved:02/02/2016

02/09/2016 GC received

ROC/CITIZENSHIP/Passport-refer to my timeline...

I'm Done now, thank you to this wonderful VJ community ...Good luck to everyone....

There was august approvals this week however people are either not on VJ or have not updated their timeline.. The 2 numbers after mine were approved on 3-16 ... Hope this helps.

When you say it hasn't been updated does that mean the date you see when you login to uscis? mine says "last updated Dec 12" what does that mean?

Same as mine it was last updated Dec 12th I wonder what that means but today makes it 169days of waiting!!! Frustrated Much!!

Just to explain about the December thing... pretty much everyone's says a date around December. Why? Well last year the website went down, and they sort of... 'fixed' it. The date on there is basically when it finally got 'fixed'.

So super annoyed I called Uscis aroudn 1215 est got escualted to a tier 2 was told could get a call back for wait time 60 minutes they called back at 315 est when I was on a confernce call for work .so I had to call back now and got told Tier 2 are no longer available.

Oh I meant our status remains the same ever since USCIS received our case.. Aug 18 is the date they got it.
