visa bulletin is out!! No movement in chart A,  I'm grateful to God we had no retrogression . Chart B now in DEC 2014.... My PD is March 2015 , how long do you guys think it will take for me to receive welcome letter???

Well it hasn't retrogressed. Considering it has advanced almost 1.5 years in the last 6 months, most of us will be happy if it stays at 5.5 yrs or so. Plus it is October, the new fiscal year so lets see how things moves in the next 2-3 months. If it moves a month every month and stays below 5.5 years, most of us will be very happy. 

 

But we do need USCIS to speed up and also Chart B to move and have at least 1-1.5 years gap with Chart A.

Thank god it did not go back. That is positive sign.I am thankful because it is moved at least chart B. Hopefully next month chart A will move and chart B keep continue to move forward. InshaAllah
