Chart A will most likely move by 6 weeks as mentioned on October Visa bulletin. No mention of Chart B though.

The october bulletin was released about 2 weeks ago

 

F2B will not be moving forward for October. They are estimating F2B could move max 6 weeks between October and January, but there is no forward movement for October
