I guess we will not see any activity until January. Trends seems to be 7 to 8 months before any feedback from Vermont.

Date of Decision: 12/17/2014

(Website case status not updated, still says "we have received your application on July 14th...etc)

I have a question. When you look at uscis.org website, to check your case status, what does it say?

I guess they've changed the website, I can't see which step we are on anymore

I was wondering whether or not they say anything when they approve the case.

Congratulations, how did you find out mail/ email/text or your status in uscis changed?

For some odd reason the status wasn`t updated so when we received the approval letter yesterday it was a surprise. Green Card wont be received till a couple of weeks from now though.

ok, i can't work out what the instructions are today... so could someone please put me upon the VSC set. Approval of greencard 01/06/2014. For those who are interested, my case status online was updated, I got a text and email. I had no interview. Interestingly, my K2 application has not been changed, so not sure if that is approved or not.

AOS Timeline
Filed 15th June, 2012
NOA date 18th June
Bio appt 20th July
Transferred to CSC 21st July, 2012
EAD/AP approved 27th August.
Received Green Card 6th October. No Interview. Amazing!
Thanks for all the help, see you again in June 2014

ROC Timeline

Mailed Package 30th June 2014

I-797 received 5th July, 2014

Biometrics Appointment 07/30/2014.

So today decided to call USCIS to check case status and I didn't push for tier 2 officer, I just told the rep i heard the online case status has not been updating is there any new status with my case she said no and i hanged up. This evening i got home checked my email

Card has been ordered for production on 01/06/2015 if you don't receive card by February 25th please call. YAYYYYYYYY... so happy my journey is over GOT APPROVED no RFE no interviews Thank God
