I was wondering if anyone has the link to our next thread after we get approved...I'm being proactive I know but I'm just trying to think positive

12/09/2014- Received NOA1 in mail (Notice Date 12/02/2014)

I see 1 approval last Thursday for a K-1 petition rec'd by TSC on 6/25.


I see 1 approval yesterday for a K-1 petition rec'd by TSC on 6/23.




I see 3 RFEs yesterday for K-1 petitions rec'd by TSC on 6/24 & 6/25.


And on one petition I am following, there was a notice returned to USCIS as undeliverable. If your case # ends in 6390, contact USCIS. They have something for you.


10 pending now on my list on TSC petitions rec'd 6/19 - 6/25.

No idea where to go from here but I will we'll see!!

You're not the only one left waiting. Our K-1 NOA1 was received June 16th, 2014. On October 8th it was transferred to "Our local USCIS office for processing", whatever that means. No movement since then.

Sent a request for status to USCIS on Feb 13th and received reply, "USCIS will review and process the request expect a reply by March 7, 2015".
