dony mind my error getting use to the quote,thanks dwheels76 I received a case complete email requesting I bring d checklists AOS form for joint sponsor and that it shouldn't be sent to nvc but to turn it in at the interview, am also very surprise to have a CC with a checklist,aug interview nt bad,god shd do the best.can I go to the intreview with my kids?kids U S citizens just completed their CRBA

I think the confusion is you said you had case complete earlier in the thread May 18. But you filled out the case Complete form and posted June 18.

So which is correct? If you had May 18 you would have had a date until you are a F2A category. Which makes all the difference.

oh ok!!!!i had a CC on june 18,received CC email june20 and I am in IR-1/CR-1 category,don't mind my typo!still getting use to the thread,saying a huge thanks

Any news yet on your AP?

No news... CEAC website still says 'AP'..... its been 11 days since my interview now

They say that 80% of AP cases gets resolved/approved in 2-4 weeks...... i will cross 2 week mark this Thursday... fingers crossed...hoping for the best...... don't knw what these guys r upto....

On the CEAC system we went from Ready -> Administrative Processing -> Issued in the span of 4 hours.

Ready: 7am

Administrative Processing: 10am (immediately post interview)

Issued: 1pm

Tokyo is efficient.

Losing patience!!

My case was completed on June 12 and I was hoping I would be scheduled for a July interview. I called the NVC Friday the 2oth. She said "your case is still in the queue for an Interview date" !!! I asked her if they are still scheuling Interviews for the month of July. She replied "Can I put you on hold for 10 secs?". She came back in 15 secs and told me we are done scheduling for July Interviews. Probably one of the nicest NVC rep I have spoken to so far.

From what I have seen in the Spreadsheet, most Bangladeshi applicant's were scheduled for Interviews within 48 days from their Case Complete. One of them was 50 days. According to that I should have been scheduled for July 30th. But

However, I am being very optimistic for an early August Interview. As no one else but you all can understand how hard it is to stay away from loved ones, please pray for us and for everyone out there waiting to be with their loved ones.

You should probably call the doctor or embassy in Poland to confirm. Here in CR they didn't need the interview letter.

And how did ur medicals go? Which hospital does the letter preffer?

How many days it took to get ur medical report?

for medicals I prefer lady doctor in the Asiri hospital. They'll give your medical reports 5 days before your interview. makesure that your name and case # is typed correctly.
