@Pushbrk.......I am getting fed up already what else am I expect to say? What are the criteria to go and work towards my interview if you are to be in my present shoes?

Many times the CO will ask a crazy question just to see how you react. There's no right or wrong if you are being honest is there?

I have a friend who is 25 years older than her husband when he went to interview in Lagos the CO asked "why would you marry someone old enough to be your mother and can never give you children"?

How will you answer such a question? Telling the CO what you "think" they want to hear or telling them honestly why you married your wife.

They want to see commitment, love dedication. However you can convey that leaping off of pages and pages of evidence great. But honestly they are observing you and how you carry yourself.

Don't be like my friend who went to his interview and they said to him "We can see from all the evidence your wife loves you, but we see no love towards her". Yikes. (yes they were denied too).

It's easy when its real. So if so you have no issues.

You need to address the issues from the other thread.

Yes OP you really need to regroup. You are obsessing over one thing and you have many things to hurdle over. Let me recap what you have told us previously.

F1 - 3 denials (don't know the years only you do). By the way were any of the denials a misrepresentation (falsify paperwork and bank statements to name a few) denial or did you ever state you were married. This is very common in Nigeria.

Sept 2011 - K1 Denied. Relationship broke up.

Dec. 2011 - Meet new woman. Did you meet her from the same site?

March 2012 - New woman comes to Nigeria you marry first visit and she stays only 1 week

June 2012 - stays 2 weeks.

1. A few issues. 3 months after a failed K1 you meet a new woman. 6 months later you are married.
2. Although she has been to Nigeria twice you have spent 3 weeks together that's 21 days. Over a 2 year period.
3. The last time you have seen each other is 23 months ago. Lets just say 2 years.

Do you see the RED Flags flying here?

You need to ask yourself how you will overcome this. Age is only an issue when the totality of all presented looks and feels wrong. It just seems like I said in your other thread you want to come to the US by any means necessary.

I believe your lawyer wants to see the denials to see exactly what was the issue. You know good and well why you were denied.

Wow. You have already racked up 3 Student Visa denials and a K-1 denial with another woman you never met. I hate to say this, but your case has fraud written all over it, whether this relationship is genuine or not. If you married the woman from your K-1 petition, you might have had a chance, but not now. All the CO is going to see is that this is your 5th attempt to enter the country and will think you will do anything to achieve that.

Stick to the topic, your sniffer may be broken and the comment is an unnecessary assumption.

There is nothing from OP's first post in this thread that smells like a scam and I did not link the other thread for

anyone to throw judgements but to get the whole picture and help the OP open up about his case.

People with previous filings shy away from doing so because of posts like yours.

Let's not incite drama and let the CO determine what is a scam and what is not.

Sometimes I like to keep my questions to myself and leave everything to GOD because surely I am better than some other people and let him keep judging and that was why I said Thanks to him because his or her comment will make no different I'll rather sticks to yours and other positive who gives me hope I have started working on the red flag and the fraud indicator.

How was I being rude to you? By telling the truth? You have no chances of a visa. Never ever never ever. It is hard enough to get one with one red flag, with your history is impossible. Unheard of. Not going to happen.

And if you are ok anywhere as long as you are with her, then rejoice. You won't have to leave you family/friends/career behind.

Consulate discretionary judgement works both ways. You have been here long enough to know that I can't answer that

without having the OP's case files before me.

The OP does not stand before us to be judged but to seek advice.

It is the CO that has to make a judgement call and perhaps determines to seek to discover factual proof through AP.

We as a forum don't have that access
