You may qualify for a expediate of your visa but you could still have to deal with ap that is common in many countries. Your wife will file the I130 and as soon as you get a case number you ask for the expediate based on your wife needing your help

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I am very sorry for your wife and her condition....

You write you have all proofs medical and hardships...it would help to know where you are at with the visa.

Has your wife filed yet?

areyou waiting for the interview?

Yes there are possibilities and exceptions...Like Nigeria or Bust stated....onced filed you can request an expidite.

There are plenty of people here that can reply in Arabic or have SO that can.....but from OP's history of sporadic posts I am not completely convinced he follows through....in any language. I do feel for his story. (F)
