Thanks to this thread, I discovered that we were transferred to CSC! I appreciate the info. I'm optimistic for a super speedy approval!

Good luck to all.

Hi there,

Are you sure you are tranferred? Your petition case number would have started with SRC when you received your NOA1 then a letter would have come later on notifying you of a transfer to WAC (california). There has been a lot of confusion regarding what a transfer is.

All petitions are sent to a Texas sorting facility lock box. This is not the same as the TSC (Texas service center)

Your NOA1 will have either SRC or WAC on the alien registration number. Your NOA1 is not a transfer, it is a notification of which service center your petition has been forwarded to. This is not the same as a transfer.

Hi, sweetswinks. Yeah, my number starts with WAC. I haven't gotten a document other than the NOA-1, nor did I get any other notification of a transfer to CSC, but the WAC#### works when I look it up to view my Initial Review status at least a million times a day. :)

Btw, I just got what you meant regarding transferring vs. forwarding. I guess I'm the latter. Thanks for the info.

no problem  please ensure you update your timeline to say California service center and "Not transferred" otherwise it will affect us TSC filers timeline estimates. Thank you!

Hi all,

I have been having fits with my post office and have not been receiving any of my mail. Apparently I didn't check it often enough for their liking so they decided I moved. Anyway, I'm still trying to get it resolved but I'm concerned about not receiving my important documents. Currently waiting on the physical copy of NOA- have received the text and email notification with the receipt numbers.

My question is if I do not receive the form, is it possible for me to request a duplicate? Thanks in advance for any help you may have!
