Hello everyone


i was living in Saudi Arabia for a period of 4 years. But I came back to Morocco in 2011, I have contacted the Saudi embassy in order to get a police clearance certificate from there , but they told me That he was no longer entitled to get it for me because I am not a Saudi citizen and no longer resident in the Kingdom.


I have found this site

This paragraph (Police clearances are unavailable for third country nationals who no longer reside in the Kingdom.)

I don't know what to do if the U.S. embassy in my country asked me to bring this certificate?

I am very worried.. )))))))))

These threads point to a PC being waived if it is not available to a non resident.

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Just got a text from USCIS that they've received my k1 petition. The receipt # has WAC in it. Hopefully that means it's been assigned to the California Service Center! :)

How many days from mailing is it taking you guys to receive your NOA1 email/text?

4/8: Mailed I-129F via USPS Priority

4/11: Tracking shows delivered

4/16: Text and email received

So, 8 days! I'll consider NOA1 as the date on the I-797c paper that they will mail me.

Wow I just saw one NOA2 approval for a K1 at CSC on Igors list, total of 10 days !!!! First April approval.

I checked just right now the status in the USCIS website and I got this:

"On April 15, 2014, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)".

The waiting game still running :)

Got our NOA1 today (04/22/2014). Transferred to TSC. Was hoping for Cali, but really we don't care, as long as it all goes smoothly and we are finally together.

For the record, it was 8 days from them receiving the application to NOA1!
