Received my NOA1 on April 2nd from Texas Servicing Center. I'm seeing others with, 13, 15, 17, and 20 day approvals from February and March. I hope we're just as lucky. Good luck.

Aug/11/2018 --  NOA 18 months extension letter dated Aug/06/2018   from Vermont Service Center.    

Feb/25/2018 -- Case received at local office (USCIS tracker- no letter not e-mail) 

Feb/27/2018 -- Case received at local office (USCIS tracker- no letter not e-mail) 

Jan/30/2019 -- Case Approved. New card is being produced (DHS- USCIS website & USCIS tracker)     

Feb/04/2019 --  Received  letter with Approval notice 1-797 (notice date Jan 30/2019).

My NOA1 is dated April 1st. It is going to be really hard to wait! My biggest concern is whether my fiancée can get the police clearance certificate from the Lebanese embassy.

NVC Received : some dinkelsberry yehoo in the house of clingons send our petition to the wrong consulate.

Consulate Received : July 30,2014 Transfer to right embassy complete.

Interview Date : Oct 22, 2014

Interview Result : AP , requesting another PC (not expired) and certified divorce decree (was submitted)Stokes interview via phone for petitioner 4 hrs after interview.

Oct 23 email notification visa approved.
Visa Received : Nov. 3 , 2014 VISA IN HAND.

US Entry : Nov. 21, 2014

Marriage : Dec 27, 2014

AOS send : May 12, 2015, received May 14, 2015 USPS priority

Email &text : May 18, 2015, check cashed May 19,2015, return receipt May 21, 2015 stamped USCIS Lockbox, NOA1 (3x) May 22,2015

Biometrics : June 1, 2015 letter received for appointment June 8, 2015, successful walk-in June 1, 2015

RFE : June 12, 2015 for income not meeting guideline. Income does ( ! ) exceed guideline.

RFE response : June 26, 2015 returned with a boat load full of financial evidence.

UPDATE: July 5, 2015 updated on all 3 cases, RFE received June 30, 2015.

Service request : Aug 12, 2015, letter received that it will be processed within 90 days from receipt of RFE.

UPDATE: Aug 24, 2015, EAD card being produced/ordered. ( 102 days from AOS receipt day and 55 days from RFE response received.) Thank you Jesus !

July 21, 2017 HOME VISIT.  Went well. Topic thread in AOS forum.
Waiting to skip ROC and get 10 yr GC due to over 2 year while pending AOS
AOS APPROVED Oct. 4, 2017 * Green card in hand Oct 13, 2017 !!!!!

First K1 denied after 16 month of AP. Refiled. We are a couple since 2009. Not a sprint but a matter of endurance.

Yes, I found this thread and it says it can take a few months. We also have to get a police certificate from another country

and it can be a pain in the butt timewise.

We got today our first Notice of Action!!! Officially the process started in USCIS Texas Service Center, so that means that the waiting game is on! cross fingers people! Hugs to all! :)

Mailed our I-129F on March 22nd. Just seen our NOA1, which says they received it on April 7 and they sent the notice to us on April 10.

Hope things go fast. California Service Centre (note the British spelling) here.

Having a baby together too, due date in early August. Hoping to get the visa by then.

Hey everyone, been lurking for bit as a member and decided I would finally post. We got our NOA1 hardcopy on April 8th. Application was received by Texas service center on April 3rd. Wish our application was sent to California as I have been reading they are getting amazing processing times. I'm joining the wait with all of you out there. I hope it's not too long for any of us. Best wishes everybody!
