We got an RFE on Friday as well. Disappointed. No clue what we could have possibly left out. Ours was transferred to Texas on 8/1, so I'm encouraged that it was looked at so quickly. Can't wait to get the RFE notice to see what's missing. I have a feeling something got lost in transfer.

I thought the wait for USCIS to approve was making me impatient and being approved will be so better. But I am becoming very impatience after approval as well for them to send my approved petition to NVC for visa processing. I feel like now I am done with Nebraska and done with their waiting game but the wait for them to sending file is even worse for me. Today, checking app to see how many of February petition they sent to NVC that were approved this month and I found that around my case number they have not sent a single file to NVC which they approved since 1st August, 2016. God please help............... This wait is killing me...... :clock::clock::clock::clock::clock::clock::clock::clock::clock:

That sucks. Sorry to hear that. But unfortunately the waiting game never ends. From my research all steps are a waiting game. You should hear something soon though. ? 7 weeks for NVC to get the file. Then after NVC sends it takes couple months for the interview date. Good luck. Keep us updated. I'm still waiting NOA 2, should get it by October or November.

I know the wait is never going to end. I was hoping to not to be waiting for USCIS action and getting out of Nebraska as soon as I got approved. I guess we can't always have what we hoped for. Anyways waiting game between me and Nebraska continues........

I am just shocked to see that they haven't send any August approved petition to NVC even those approved on 1st or 2nd, usually its exaclty 2 weeks and status changes to Sent to Department of state per research I have been doing in last few days. The thing that scares me is that what if they sit on this file for more than few weeks and for couple months. I am starting to be paranoid after waiting for 6 months I guess. Anyways we will see what happens by end of this month. :ranting::ranting::ranting::angry::angry::angry:

My wife talked to a tier 2 officer earlier this week and explained to them the situation we are in. She requested an expedite and the Tier 2 officer even said he hoped something happened soon because of our situation. It is a lot and we do fall into about 3 of the main categories and other things as well. But we are not clear on what steps to take next. The tier 2 officer basically said that hopefully we hear something back soon. So I would like to know:
1- How long does that usually take?
2- We do have evidence to support the situation but who do we give it to? Right now we are waiting on the NOA2 at Nebraska and we filed to the chicago lockbox because there is no local USCIS here.
3- If I need to send the evidence how do I go about doing this? Is there a form that should be attached to a letter including documents?

If anyone can answer please help
