How didn't he mention he was married (the second time )? It can be considered as misrepresantation and cause lots of trouble including grounds of inadmissability..Never ever lie on your application forms or to the officers....

Pregnancy is not the reason to expedite the case...

Good luck to you in your journey :)

well i he did mention he was married the second time as he was asked point blank. however, i was told by a DOS employee that obtaining a visitors visa while in process of a CR-1 visa was completely acceptable. The marriage was mentioned on both application so no false statements just curious what the policy is for spouses who want or need to visit while waiting for a permanent visa application to process.

So is it because he told them the first time he was married, they know about? What if he never mentioned anything?

Well im not sure because we mentioned the marriage on the application both times. A DOS employee just told me they typically deny CR-1 applicants but another employee told me it shouldnt be a problem. Confusing.

Im now thinking once the marriage was confirmed the officer just denied automatically so this must be policy. This is so frustrating.

hello fellows users , i file my i 130 trough a local immigration lawyer back on June 16 2016, for some reason my application didn't get noticed for exactly 2 moths, i start to freak out after 30 days past , i call to the lawyer office once a week they got mad every time i call them to let them know i didn't receive my first NOA they told me to wait every time i spoke with them , so after 2 months of filing i send uscis an email inquiry about the delays i thought they were having a big delay while processing income application at the lock box ( Chicago ) because all Salvadorians are sending their applications to renew TPS , im not sure if all application goes there , but for some reason 3 days after i send the email miraculously uscis send me an email saying that my application was received my priority date is sep 16 although i file 2 moths ago , i hope you guys understand what im trying to explain (im still learning english ) does this happen to anyone ? do you think i can get expedite for this error ? they waste 2 moths of me getting closer to my wife :(

I'm with KissesVE on this one right here. Your lawyer basically screwed you on your processing. They didn't send your I-130 off USCIS until the early part of September. There is no way they sent it in June and your PD is Sep 16. Sorry to be the barer of bad news, but that's what they did.

It's possible that these files didn't needed to sent NVC as they had I-129 or did Adjument of status.
