Cheating wife on CR1

Hi guys, sorry if this is in the wrong section, but...

I have gone through the entire CR-1 visa process, and my wife is living here with me since September, 2012. I recently found that she's been cheating on me. I am in contact with the guy who she's been cheating on me with, and he has sent pics as proof.

I also have texts of her admitting it. We have NOT removed the conditional status yet (have to on 6/8/2014).

Needless to say, her and I are through.

I feel like she used me to get here, or at least was not in good faith. What do I do?

I would rather her not get to stay here and enjoy the US after using me to meet another man (probably more, her phone is FULL of dating apps). What do I do? Do I file an anullment(sp)?

What do I do? I'd rather her go back to her country and not get away with it. Once again, she is still in conditional status and I will not file for her to remove the conditions. She doesn't know how to file herself (YET). Is there anything I can do?

PAUL

Unless you have conclusive proof that she used you to fraudulently obtain a green card then your chances of having ICE effect her removal from the US are remote.

You don't have to file RoC with her if you do not wish to, and as you have described it then I wouldn't want to either.

Divorce and move on is the best advice. If she cannot prove that she entered the marriage in good faith then her RoC will be denied anyway.

There is not much you can do to stop her from staying here in the US of A. She can remove conditions without u.

Cut your losses and file for divorce and move on! Good luck!

Divorce and move on. There is honestly nothing you can do about her immigration status. Just remember you're liable for the I-864 until one of the conditions is met to remove it.

That is not completely true, if OP has solid evidence the marriage was sham and was just for immigration, she will not be able to remove the conditions.

Don't let her get you down. I cannot imagne how I would feel in the same situation. I am sure terrible. Don't let resentment take over your life, it will eat you up and SHE will win. You should break all contact with her. Don't let her come back or abuse you further. Whatever you do we will pray for you. Move on, pray. God Bless and good luck,

Aloha Ke Akua

I would be curious to see how successfully the OP proves marriage was a sham just for immigration.
