hey guys i have a question about the bio metrics appointment

can my husband come in with me showing ID.?. or does he have to wait in the waiting area if they have one

I would feel more comfortable with him been there .tongue.png

Any one taken there husbands or wives with them in to the appointment?

I believe it depends on your local office. In most it shouldn't be a problem, though. My father-in-law took me to the biometrics when I had my appointment, and he could come in with me without any hassle. The nice lady who took my fingerprints even explained the finger-printing machine to him :)

No, usually only the applicant is allowed entry to the ASC and anyone you bring (unless you have a disability and they are essential to your care) will have to wait outside.

If it's an ASC inside a proper USCIS office then they might let others in, but if you're going to a standalone ASC then probably not.

My husband went wit me but when I was called, he just waited where we were sitting...and he can see me anyway. It was just a small office. You'll be fine.. :)

Probably not, but it's not a big deal. Truly. If you're over 10 years old, you should be fine.

i just get anxiety that's all , and feel more comfortable him been there with me. I guess its childish but oh well.

my bio is in Detroit Michigan , haven't heard too much about that office.

I went with my husband both times for his biometrics(and another time for an interview), as it is a 5 hour drive each way. We just stay in a hotel and make a night of it each time we have to go to the local USCIS office(Jacksonville) for anything. I was always allowed in with no questions asked. We just showed our IDs and he provided his bio letter and in we went.
