Completing My Master Degree And Etc , I Got Green Card Through Married US Citizen , Is I Have To Go Through The USCIS Prescribe Procedure Or They Count My Ten Years Which I Stayed As Student In Usa

My Question Is That I Need My Passport earlier To By Pass All Procedure And To Bring My Mother Or Get Her Green Card Because She Lonely Living In My Home Country or

Absolutely not will your naturalization be expedited because you already spent years in the US, why would it be? It's the resident since date that matters for your removal of conditions (if it applies) and citizenship.

You still need to wait three years after marriage to a USC to get naturalised.

If your mom is lonely, have her apply for a tourist visa so she can visit.

Humanitarian with the USCIS, DOS, and the NVC? Forget about that word, couldn't petition for my barely over 21 unmarried stepson. This was like nine years ago, still trying to bring him over here. We would stand a much better chance if he would learn Pashto and Dari, have me help the US military in Afghanistan as a spy to bring him over here. NVC does have their visa limits.

If your mother is lonely, there are ways to visit her. But she cannot come to the US to stay permanently. You cannot sponsor her. I am sorry for your separation and perhaps she can find support or community there?

Your post didn't relate to OP's question and it provides inaccurate information. The parent of a U.S. citizen is eligible for an immediate relative visa, while the adult son of a U.S. citizen has to wait in a family preference categories. So for this specific and limited purpose, a mother takes precedence over an adult son.
