they will refuse it, take your copy and have it citified don't just send copy.

Oh I wasn't clear in my original post, I meant I originally sent in a temporary copy but now have a certified one. The certified one has the signature on the back so I made a copy of both sides to send in. So I hope that is okay with them!

So i guess Monday will come and there will be no response to our service requests....At that point I am not sure if I will call USCIS back or call my congressman's office again...my stupid lawyer tried to tell me that USCIS said that the congressional inquiries "slow down the process." BS! Its called being accountable. I'm supposed to have a response by tomorrow for my k3. Not holding my breath.

So I'm sitting here at working thinking I should have heard something from the Sentor's office... Decided to call and ask..

Well of course she is not in the office today... So I guess I sit and wait. maybe a call to the Unfriendly line is in order now.. I hate call them

I seriously have totally had it with this whole process.

yea, so after speaking to tier 1.... I was told my service requests have not been assigned to an officer yet due to a backlog of service requests... and of course I couldn't help myself... I had to say " BECAUSE THEY AREN"T PROCESSING THE CASES IN A TIMELY MANNER"

So basically a service request is BS. Well this just sucks.

On a call back for tier 2... wait time is only 39 minutes today... Ususally its 90 minutes or more.... hmmmm???

Looks like I'm batting 1000 today. GRRRRRRRR

Seriously...now they are just ignoring the service requests....what total BS! Make sure to tell them that we know for a fact that June filers are being approved at TSC...and if TSC isnt going to do jack , then they need to transfer us to California where we can get processed in a matter of weeks!!!!!

LoveMyTico, I feel your pain and I have been feeling it 9 days more than you (My PD 04/03). Please stay positive and don't let this process drive you insane.

I called my senator's office this week since they last told me 01/10 that my case had been assigned to an officer and that I should hear something within 2 weeks. Two weeks past and nothing.

back on jan 6 TSC told my congressman's office that my case was assigned to someone..then a few weeks later said it went to "problem resolution." I think they are just flat out lying to everyone.
