I called at 10 am and they had not even started to review my file . I got the wait 20 B day BS ..... Just called now and case is complete... hahahhaha


USCIS - 66 days ROC - 139 days from sent to approved
12/3/2012 - I-130 delivered to Chicago 5/20/15: mailed I-751 package to California office
12/4/2012 - NOA1 NBC (Missouri Service Center MSC) 5/22/15: Date on NOA1
12/6/2012 - Check cashed 8/26/15: Bio appointment

12/8/2012 - Received paper NOA1 10/06/15: Received Email card was being processed
12/20/2012 - Case number showed up on USCIS website
1/29/2013 - Called USCIS and case is still at NBC
2/8/2013 - Received an Email that we were approved on 2/7/13
3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down
if and when the file was shipped. Should hear something before 3/26 ( so she said)

NVC - 119 days NVC to Visa in hand
03/11/2013: NVC received (31 days from NOA2 at USCIS till received at NVC )
03/25/2013: NVC Case no. assigned
03/27/2013: Paid AOS fee (shows paid 3/29/13)
04/01/2013: AOS Sent
03/27/2013: Received IV Bill
03/27/2013: Paid IV Bill (shows paid 3/29/13)
04/01/2013: Sent IV Packet
04/02/2013:IV Packet Delivered
04/16/2013: Case Complete (37 days from received to case complete)
04/16/2013: Received Case Complete Email

05/13/2013: NVC status "In Transit"

051/20/2013: NVC status "Ready"
06/24/2013: Interview date - Orange card... wanted copy of USC passport

07/08/2013: Visa received in the mail

08/03/2013: POE

There are people on here that their case was completed in Jan that are still waiting for an interview in Ankara :bonk: So it's going to be a while. But at least I am in line now.

That they were missing my packet V immigrant visa ppwrk that i had already sent in !!!

It took them a few days to process !!

Sorry if this has been answered before but I haven't found anything on the site...

Will it be a problem if my AOS documents are emailed to NVC from a different email address than what is listed on our ds-261- Choice of Address and Agent? Will NVC question or disregard it?

I'm still waiting to speak with them on the phone as I type this haha

Any help is appreciated!

Does any one know if we have to sent in my AOS I-864 before we can get the IV invoice? Our OPTIN was already accepted. I want to make sure we are not delaying the process by not sending in I-864 (I'm waiting on some supporting documents). Thanks!

The AOS and IV are two separate tracks at NVC that have nothing to do with one another, except that both need to be done for the case to be completed.

Doesn't matter if the agent emails the paperwork. I elected my husband as agent, yet I was the one that emailed both packages to NVC.

Am gonna get crazy , Those operators change their words each time we call , once they say they are reviewing it and when we call again to ask if they finished reviewing it , they just reply they didn't start yet ..... This happened today and yesterday . I don't know where is the problem .. any ideas or advices ???

After I paid my bill for AOS, there is a button 'Print Document cover sheet' in Receipt tab. But it gave me distorted cover page; everything moved at top right corner. Why? Is this the particular page which I have to send with my AOS submission package?

Yes, that's the bar-coded cover sheet that needs to be the first page in the package. Are you using IE for the payment portal?

This happen to me too! give it a day or two that magical $230 will reappear. :thumbs:

I just checked again and it was there. I'm finding that NVC's emails and their website are not exactly in sync.

 

IR-1 Visa Timeline (Service Center: Vermont)

03/23/2022: Application for passport submitted at USPS facility under standard processing.

04/04/2022: Status changed to “The U.S. Department of State has received your application for your passport book on 04/04/2022. We're now reviewing your application and supporting documents...Your application locator number is 51*******.”

04/04/2022: Check for passport cashed.

05/03/2022: Status changed to "The U.S. Department of State approved your application for your passport book. We're now printing your passport book and preparing to give it to you. You should receive your passport book on or around 05/09/2022."

05/05/2022: Passport Received.

05/09/2022: SSA Citizenship Status Updated.

05/25/2022: Naturalization Certificate received in mail.

Just wait maybe tomorrow it will be complete. Mine went for "sorry we don't have it yet" to " your case is complete... Hang in there I'm sure it will be tomorrow

Yes I am using IE and even when I opened the downloaded copy from emailed on Adobe Reader, the result is same. Do you think it's browser problem?
