I called but still no change. And I really wonder how many people they have answering phones because I get the same lady everyday . I think she remembers me to because she didn't even give me the 20 day line just told me that the papers I send still aren't showing and to have a nice day.

i call everyday as well but i call early in the morning , but i never took care of their names to see if they are the same person or not , am thinking f calling them again today . are they gonna hate me :D or blacklist me lool

Haha :rofl: :rofl: I tell myself everyday I'm not going to call but at 2:30 I'm pretty much finished up at work and something in my head says I have nothing better to do so I should call. And I always get Olivia except when I called at 6 pm I got a guy.


USCIS - 66 days ROC - 139 days from sent to approved
12/3/2012 - I-130 delivered to Chicago 5/20/15: mailed I-751 package to California office
12/4/2012 - NOA1 NBC (Missouri Service Center MSC) 5/22/15: Date on NOA1
12/6/2012 - Check cashed 8/26/15: Bio appointment

12/8/2012 - Received paper NOA1 10/06/15: Received Email card was being processed
12/20/2012 - Case number showed up on USCIS website
1/29/2013 - Called USCIS and case is still at NBC
2/8/2013 - Received an Email that we were approved on 2/7/13
3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down
if and when the file was shipped. Should hear something before 3/26 ( so she said)

NVC - 119 days NVC to Visa in hand
03/11/2013: NVC received (31 days from NOA2 at USCIS till received at NVC )
03/25/2013: NVC Case no. assigned
03/27/2013: Paid AOS fee (shows paid 3/29/13)
04/01/2013: AOS Sent
03/27/2013: Received IV Bill
03/27/2013: Paid IV Bill (shows paid 3/29/13)
04/01/2013: Sent IV Packet
04/02/2013:IV Packet Delivered
04/16/2013: Case Complete (37 days from received to case complete)
04/16/2013: Received Case Complete Email

05/13/2013: NVC status "In Transit"

051/20/2013: NVC status "Ready"
06/24/2013: Interview date - Orange card... wanted copy of USC passport

07/08/2013: Visa received in the mail

Haha :rofl: :rofl: I tell myself everyday I'm not going to call but at 2:30 I'm pretty much finished up at work and something in my head says I have nothing better to do so I should call. And I always get Olivia except when I called at 6 pm I got a guy.

Haha , u made me laugh , everyday i say i will not call that early (8 ish) due to difference of time , but i cant stop my hands from calling .. and sometimes they close without even wishing me a good day as i always wish them haha

PS: I miss calling them and hearing thier msgs to be patient till a rep answers my call

Case complete email this morning!!! :dance:

Now the interview date...waiting is almost done. So very excited - mainly for not having to wait for someone else anymore. Man, this process sure requires LOTS of patience!

My case is completed as well :)

Where is your interview consulate? Yangon?

I was hoping to get an idea of how long Yangon's embassy take for interview but not much info in regards to that out there. Do you have any ideas?

Mine is Singapore.

I didn't ask when my case was completed.

I just called NVC today. :)

In that case, include the college address. And just bring an updated G-325A to the interview. Don't present it unless the issue comes up. Honestly, don't worry about it. People make small errors like that all the time. They're not going to deny the visa or anything for something like this. Now, if you covered up the entire time she was a drug dealer or something, then that might be grounds to deny. But not something like a college address no0pb.gif

As long as both email addresses are given to NVC once a case number is assigned, then all correspondence from them is sent by email, making the DS-3032 form sort of moot. So, you can have yourself elected as agent with no issues. Just make sure NVC has both of your email addresses.

Filing HOH is completely acceptable when married. Most people here are newly weds with no children, so can't file HOH, so that's why you typically only see people mention two ways of filing taxes (MFS and MFJ). But technically, HOH is another valid option. Basically, as long as you didn't file single, then you're golden!

Definitely not 20 days. It's typically just a week or two. I'd say it's quite possible to have a case complete by the end of next week yes.gif

Thank you Saylin for your helps. I feel much more relieved now :). Now I can carry on finishing that IV package :D.

hehe I believe this is considered legalized stalking. Like you said all the different countries its so cool. Got me having to pull up a world map. Who knew so cool.

Now if the embassies would just go by our list. And yes only VJ folk matter right. :)
