It's been that way for some time. They don't care about K1's.

Dude! You rock!

And based on your letter, you need to be a lobbyist...

:yes::thumbs::dance:

I'm too rational to be involved in politics. :blush: I'll stick with engineering.

NOA1 - 8/24/2012

NOA2 - 3/18/2013 Only took 207 days at CSC

On March 18, 2013, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283

:dance::dance:

Why did I get approved and many from July and August are still waiting? I contacted my congressman and they were willing to keep contacting them over the past few weeks including talking to supervisors there. Without their help I'm sure I'd still be waiting. So, go do whatever you can to get the process moving for you, it CAN help.

CONGRATS! Yay! CSC is finally moving! When was your NOA1 by the way?

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart

and lean not on your own understanding;

in all your ways submit to Him,
and He will make your paths straight.

In GOD we trust. † = ♥

I don't mean to discourage anyone from taking action, but I think they really don't care. If they did, they would assign at least one more person to work on I-129F's, and double their current output. But no, they have not, for more than 3 months.

My Navy days are over, just regular civilian now :)

My case approval is all about my congressman's staff. In fact she just called me again and offered to continue to follow my case all the way through the interview. It sucks that it takes 7 months and a very dedicated person with connections to get a simple NOA2, but that's where CSC is right now.

So happy for u and my rfe is so stupid. They want evident of our ongoing relationship n evident of our relationship but no emails, letters, texts or Skype lol so what proof should I show them other thn pictures ?? Anyways I'm glad I saw our fav person lol today and she is so kind and sweet :) we are blessed to have a supoorter with us :D
