question: is there any IR1/CR1 timeline specific to my country(Azerbaijan) or processing times for US Tbilisi consulate?

Ya, about 7 months, 3 weeks, and 3 days. But who's counting? Oh wait...that would be me.

USCIS won't look into it until their processing times are past my processing date. They are currently processing May 28, 2012, and my PD is June 7, 2012. So, I'll have to wait a little longer. I'm just hoping that they'll update to a date past June 7th, otherwise I may have to wait another month before they are willing to submit a service request. I just hope they approve me before the update. Whatever, though. I don't want to turn this into a discussion about Vermont I-130 processing times. We have enough of it in the rest of the forum!

Can't wait to submit my paperwork to NVC, though! I'm ready to go (minus 2012 taxes since I have to wait until the end of Feb to take advantage of Registered tax breaks).

I can't believe it's been 42 days from NOA2 and still no case number!! what the hell!! ppl that got approved in JANUARY have gotten their case numbers and I am still standing still!

I think I may be a little sad when you finally get a case complete as then you'll finally be done with NVC and these threads!

OMG dwheels CONGRATS! I am SO happy for you! I think anyone else in your situation would have gone legitimately crazy, you're a strong woman! Hope you get your interview soon, you think you could get NVC to expedite that?

Hang in there EmilyS. Trust me I feel ur pain. It took 30 days just to get my file to NVC (I was lost somewhere ay CSC after NOA2). Than had to wait another 18 days for a case# so 48 days from NOA2 to case#.

Look at me NOA2 6/29 I am still here. Still standing. We have fun here. So smile it will be over soon.

Oh no not case complete yet. Its only day 4 since I sent them letter addressing their checklist.

dwheels, I ran out of patience long time ago, I don't know how you've done it to this point and I gotta tell you I wish I was as strong as u are...I really hope one of my cases moves along soon.... AND I hope you get case complete soon!
