It's easy to ascertain some facts here, everyone. By ignoring the estimated dates on our timelines (they're Botched at this point to no fault of this site) along with taking personal assumptions for what they're worth and then focusing on Member profiles here that staty active. It's crystal clear that something had changed in the middle of adjudicating petitions between the 10th and 25 of July last year (Differed Action Cases?). Yes, some Petitioners were actioned between those dates and should stop everything they're doing and say thank you to GOD for letting their cases slip through the cracks before the breaks were put on. It's been moving at a snail's pace since then with one approval here/one RFE there and etc at the CSC; not including the expedited cases and the winners of this year's lucky horse shoes that pop in one out of every 100 cases...

My love and I are currently over the five month goal of the CSC by 23 days (177 days total today) and continue to hope and pray for something soon.

Good luck to all of you,

Sahs

This makes no sense...so Obama started that dream act? And so if there's a lot of ppl filing for it..they shouldn't be taking extra ppl to deal with the filers. Use the same number of ppl to work those cases as was before or something but dnt steal ppl working on k1 away from us! :(( .ya maybe it will take a long time to do their papers without more people transfered to work on them..but they can wait as all the rest of us are waiting. After all they're already in America anyways..living their life. Were doing this the legal way and yet We don't even get to be with our loved ones at all during this process...and now we have to wait even more time. I hope I'm to sounding to harsh but ..waaaaa :crying:

Sorry to say, but we can huff and puff all me want. It's a matter of knock on effects that's out of our control that has many people in this saddening position dealing with such delays; including our petition. We should all hope and pray for each other and keep up our researching on the matter; whilst keeping each other informed during the process of doing so.

Fingers crossed for us all,

Sahs

As stated before, a few applications fall through the cracks and get approved in a timely manner, but most of the members here are still waiting on even June applications to get adjudicated.

i received my NOA2 from CSC approved Jan 2nd 2013 and i received my NOA1 july 27 2012.. so that is false what they are telling you

ThiS is ridiculous. it is very painful to be away FROM YOUR LOVED ONEs AND uscis DOESNT SEEM TO CARE ABT OUR PAIN. tHEY WERE HAPPY TO TAKE OUR MONEY BUT THINK THAT THEY ARE DOING US A FAVOR AND WE HAVE TO WAIT. IT IS OUR RIGHTS AS US CITIZENS TO BRING OUR HUSBANDS, WIFES AND KIDS IN THIS COUNTRY TO BE WITH US. i'M SOO DISAPOINTED AND WOULD LIKE TO SEE MORE APPROVAL THIS MONTH. mY ONLY CONCERn IS THAT MY CASE IS THROUGH A LAWYER. CAN I STILL SEND A LETTER TO THE SENATOR MYSELF ONCE I REACH THE 5 MONTHS FRAME WHICH WILL BE IN LESS THAN 30 DAYS? PLEASE ADVISE

THANK YOU AND LETS TRY TO BE PATIENT

Wow, I feel sorry for all you people still legally waiting while others can jump ahead for cheating the system. There are days I wish we crossed my wife illegally because it just seems like it is easier and more rewards for us. In the end though we are Christian and moral people and couldn't live with ourselves if we did that. I had visas while living in both Mexico & Peru. I respected their immigration laws.

Everyone, I know this waiting really really sucks, but let's not blame the people who are applying for deferred action. They are, after all, people who were children and unable to choose whether to come over legally or illegally. Do I think it's unfair that they are jumping the line over us? Yes, but I don't blame them - I blame the system in the USCIS and the government for improper labor allocation.

I am the USC/petitioner.

I agree we MUST not put blame on people applying under the Obama stuff.. BUT, we must also write our Senator and Representative and tell them that this is unacceptable!! Then possibly things will return to where they should be. Just a thought. Also as stated in an earlier post make sure to read the posts under "I-130 and I-129 filers, LET'S GET THE PARTY STARTED!
