My case was transferred. For almost a year after the Biometric, we got an RFE, copy of Marriage Certificate, which we surely sent it during the application.
The GC arrived with an error on my middle name, so we applied for I-90, CArd replacement, and it will take 6 months til I receive the new GC. We did an infopass and had a I-551 stamp in my passport since my EAD is about to expire and GC is still under process. |
