No.

Please re-read the VJ guides along with the I-129F instructions on what is needed. You're getting too far ahead of yourself and you're getting confused. Start by reading the I-129F instructions and then read the VJ K-1 guide. This process is all about the details and if you want to do it right, then it's critical you read everything thoroughly. Good luck!

Those are for later in the process, when you are communicating with the embassy (Or rather your fiance is). It says right there that it will be provided by the embassy.

The first step is for YOu the USC to get an approved petition (I-129F) that allows your fiance to apply for a visa at the consulate/embassy.

Have you found the accompanying guide, the K-1 FLOW CHART?

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Right, that was my initial concern question about the documents...where is said should be supplied ...and pasted wrong..my bad..need to pay attention.

Now, yes have "skimmed" the flow chart...will do so more thoroughly.

It is my Fiance that is the US citizen applying for me. If he has to send in my divorce papers, I am hoping they take faxed copy??

thanks...I believe I have it all figured out...for the time being..lol

i have found the flowchart to be most helpful when i am confused about the process.

took me 2 weeks to prepare the entire package, and checked it a billion times, and even twice before sealing the envelope at the post office. then i stood there for a minute going through my mental check list twice, and then finally stood in line with more mental checklisting until it was finally mailed overnight delivery for a flat rate of like... 16 or 18 dollars.

(if your i-129f isn't for k-1, check the others)

i would not rely solely on the instructions given by USCIS. if you had to choose ONE, i would go with the guides here. but using the USCIS instruction alongside the guide is kinda useful. barely.

One thing, you are not stupid. You were smart enough to ask when confused and admitted it.

Let me amplify one thing cuz sadly many overlook this or forget . Please , please include your supporting evidence (letter of intent, and specifically answering that "circumstances under how you meet" and also really showing the evidence of the required "meet in last 2 years".) and all the other stuff mentioned.

You don't have your countries flag so have no idea if you are coming through a okay easy embassy or high-fraud. Do go to your countries forums and read the interview reviews and look around as how others prepared.

Some embassies you need to front-load like crazy ,( i.e. Lagos for me). You will be okay. Read and read again until you feel comfortable about your packet.

Now breathe!:luv:
