ya, we have house sales contract, bank portfolios, phone logs, chats and chat logs, power of attorney documents,

lots of photos, utility bills, 10 trips records,

plus - it's CHINA, buddy. Want to get through an interview in China? Front loading the I-130 is a must.

A lot of things were 2 and 4 pages printed per page, the first draft was over 14 inches. grrr..

We've been married almost 5 years, and we have loads of evidence that matches that list of 6 types in the instructions.

Front loading , whilst a PITA, is really a must for China. I front-loaded.. <EOM>

You know I feel your pain coming out of Nigeria. People from VWP and else where don't get it. I submitted like you did (hey I had Power of Attorney also)/ Now I am reloading for NVC (wasn't going to but heck all this downtime I figure why not have NVC send it on their dime to Lagos instead of me. Less for hubby to carry to interview).

Now you will go through separartion anxiety and want to assemple a petition a package anywhere. LOL

Ya, that's one of the nice side effects of being self-employed and able to work anywhere. I'd stay in China instead, but I have to get to the USA for the money trips - silly things like meeting clients, getting their signatures on contracts, doing stand-ups for presentations, etc..

Hamigirl, it looks like most of the October filers are are getting msc numbers too. I know mine was transferred. I'm hoping it ends up taking less time but with the holidays, I'm not so sure.

Oh My.

6 inches thick on the submittal package for the I-130, and I totally forgot to fill out Q22 (the right side) on the I-130.

Will I be sweating an RFE ? It seems rather apparent (from the rest of the casefile) that she's in China and will be interviewing in China.

Hi Darnell!

Isn't question 22 supposed to be filled out only if the beneficiary is in the USA and wants to adjust status? That's what the form says.

Seems OK to me that you left it blank. I did, too. I recall this situation being posted about before. You shouldn't worry about it.
