Hi VJ'ers We are also a Sept filer . My Husband's Greencard is finally in Production according to USCIS status and should be in the mail!!!! I`m in shock and wont believe it until we have his Greencard in hand but just wanted to share the good news!!! Also a bit surprised that we didnt get called for an interview but heyyy I`m NOT complaining!! :)))

To the late September filer from Bangladesh: Congratulations ! Do you know if your file was being handled by the National Benefits Center or local USCIS office. Just wondering, as we are late Sept filers as well and our application is being handled by the NBC. Again, congratulations !!

So... many... October... filers... getting... approved...

Congrats to the few Sept. filers that were approved in the last few days! Hopefully the rest of us will receive good news soon.

Put in my first E-request this morning at 10:30am.

At 12:15 I received an email saying that... MY CARD IS IN PRODUCTION!

Coincidence? Who knows.

Either way, HAPPY CANADA DAY TO ME and all of my fellow Canadians...

Thinking of all of you. Your time's coming, I promise.

Thanks. My husband's and my papa's reactions were a little mediocre - I know that VJers understand the excitement, though.

Going to celebrate tonight with a nice cut of steak, grated cheesy potato pancakes, baby bok choy and a nice Amarone.

Hialeah, Florida is by far the "WORST" place for a Green Card. They have thousands of applications. They are still procesing mid August applications. They are updating their processing times by 2 weeks per month.

We hope to hear something this month.

2012-04-02 (8:30AM): I-129F Approved. NO RFE!
2012-04-06: Received USCIS NOA2 Letter

2012-06-15: (2:20PM) POE Miami International Airport

You are right Hialeah , Florida office is the worst office for immigration and last night in checked time line for green card for all local immigration office in United States , ONLY ONLY this HIALEAH , Florida office is working on mid of August rest all offices working on November , December or 4 months only.

I made info pass and I'm going on 07-12-2013, I hope I will get good news for September files. Hope they will tell that we are working on September files.

I am at Oakland Park which is technically processing October and nothing is happening so....not a very reliable source anyway.

I was going this morning to Infopass and then I decided to cancel it and give it a few more days....then of course I regretted it thinking at least I should go and say f*** you ranting33va.gifranting33va.gif

I made a new one for July 16th....but I haven't hard from anyone that had a succesful/profitable appointment. I'm sick of wainting and probably my vacactions will have to be around the US instead of Bahamas.....gggrrrrrr I really don't want to have to ask for another EAD etc...

Received another letter from my senator saying he has inquired on our case on our behalf. Hope that does something (positive)! Will keep y'all updated.

Oh and congrats to those of you who have gotten approved! Slowly but surely we'll all get there.

I finally got sick of waiting and sent in a service request July 1. Got the response to day which claimed that on June 13 my case had be transferred to the Mount Laurel NJ office for processing, and found out their time frame is November 2012. Anyhow, I checked the USCIS website today and the status has moved to "Decision" so things are moving along nicely. Hopefully find out for sure in the next day or two!
