we got our "pending e-mail on Friday!!!!

our timelines are almost identical........I hope this part goes smoothly :whistle:

I think I'm gonna try my luck and email CSC to ask if the fact that we got the RFE for the medical means we are out of FBI namecheck. So far no resolution in finding the medical but James has contacted a family friend in the Dept of State to see if he can possibly help.

Almost 50 days since our transfer and still no "pending" e-mail or update. I really want to know if they have it and if they're working on it since it seems they have started on the other March cases.

I would call USCIS...they probably won't know much-but you have nothing to lose at this point!

That's ridiculous. They should let you know sooner just to keep you from pulling out your hair worrying.

6 weeks have come and gone. Tomorrow will be 7.

On the other hand, my daughter's file got transferred twice, go figure...

It won't be long now, kaffykat, I honestly think they probably sent your daughter's to storage realized their mistake when they approved the other AOS, and just then started processing. Ours was transferred twice and pending twice, have not heard anything for 5 months.
