I didn't think they were either...hmm.

Either way, it's not dead. After Biometrics, they don't look at them again until your number is called. You'll notice that nearly everyone here has a lag time of about two months between biometrics and when the card production is ordered.

phooey! then we are past 3 months post-biometrics! the notice of transfer states "for speedier processing" - yeah right!

That is for EAD, not AOS. According to USCIS it is 180 days after notice of transfer before you can inqure about AOS.

Just need to vent for a moment.....My AOS case was transfered to CSC in January, apart from one 1 touch in April nothing has happened and I am getting very frustrated about it.....argh.....:blink::(

I feel your pain. We have had nothing since a touch on Feb 14th.

Our case was transferred in October 2006....not a single touch until my husband's green card approval in May. Name check. That's most likely what's holding everyone up.

Yeah I am assuming we are just in a name check. I think I have read here on this forum once that if you have a pretty common last name it can take a while and well, our last name is pretty common.....just 4 million other americans share my (new) last name.....

Your EAD was transferred? Not your AOS? *foncused*

Why is it that people who were transferred in March, April and early May weren't notified of their pending status until well after a month after transfer, but recent transfers hear right away? Are things finally picking up over there?

(ps...still haven't received pending status on ours...)
