Cost of each stage of K1?

Can anyone please tell me what is the cost of each stage of the K1 visa? I know the approx total cost, but not the costs individually. Cheers!

You can go to the uscis website for each price. I can tell you the k1 filing, $340, the visa fee $240, plus medical varies. That's just to gat ypur partner into the country. Adjusting status is $1070.

Just to estimate the cost of the entire process from petitioning to citizenship (please remember that fees have and shall likely continue to rise) would be approximately $3,000. This does not include the dozens of incidental costs, such as photographs, postage, the airline ticket (!), photocopies, etc. Looks like it shall take us about 4 1/2 years total from filing I-129f to receiving citizenship, so the costs are spread out.

I have found that the incidentals are the costs that really ad up, things such as medical vac costs, hotel in the city where the embassy is located, travel costs to and fro, meals while traveling, misc. documents requiring notarization, etc.

In my situation I have easily spent $10,000. USD in the past year for the total package and my fiancee arrives this coming Friday so much more costs after this.

Do some Googling around and you will find that info. One site that has a USCIS fee chart is platinum immigration.

I-129F petition fee: $340

Visa processing fee: $240

Adjustment of Status fee: $1070

Removal of Conditions fee: $590

Naturalization fee: $680

Total from petition to citizenship: $2920

Also, don't forget that your fiancée will not be able to work until receiving either the EAD or green card. Depending on how soon you file the adjustment of status documents, your then-spouse would not be able to legally work in the U.S.
