My package was delivered on the 23rd and I'm still waiting for notice of receipt and checks to clear. :(

Same here. I overnight my package and it was signed by CHYBA on the 25th and I haven't received the text message. They haven't cashed my check. So worry. :wacko:

that's interesting, because mine have been cashed.

I was in the "other July 2012 thread." Wife had Biometrics on 8-1. Received notice today that the application has been sent to CSC To speed up the processing time. I was hoping for a interview because it is usually faster. I have a job offer overseas and was really hoping for her to get the GC so we could fill out a new I-131 that would preserve her status for 2 years before leaving the country. I guess we will have to fly back fill out a new I-131 when her GC arrives, and wait for biometrics then fly back.

You have that correct.

But at least we will not have to worry about flying back for the interview. We can just fly back for her GC. File for the I-131 then I can fly back and she can come back after she has her redundant second set of finger prints and pictures within 4 months.

went in for biometrics appointment, they didn't let us do the finger prints, only let us do the picture...

very odd, called in and talked to an officer and was told that the ASC should of took everything, fingerprint + photo.

proof that you need to talk to the officers and not the contractors, I could of mailed in the missing fees without the I-797C,

and just mention the receipt #. Contractors had me wait 30 days and the officer told me I could of done this a long time ago.

I'm sorry to complain again, but this is the only place I can do it. I'm very worried that it's been almost 2 weeks since receipt of my paperwork and I haven't received notice of receipt yet. I've checked other's timelines with similar dates, and their checks have cashed. :(

They've had it about 10 working days, correct?

Most people do hear back sooner, but sometimes not. I remember a couple people in my group (may filers) that were way behind the rest of us, but it did come through eventually. Seemed like they just had a big pile they were slowly working their way through.

There's not much you can do but wait. If you call, they will tell you to keep waiting. As long as you sent the right forms with the right payment, and there's nothing strange about your case, it should come through eventually.

Hang in there.

hey guys,happy to see all the new filers and updates! I did my biometrics today at the Elizabeth Nj office,it was pretty busy waited for about 30 mins! They tried to fingerprint my 4 yr old son but it didn't go through so they just took his picture. Now back to the waiting game.

07/19/12 biometrics letter received for me and my son scheduled for August 3rd!

Good! Don't stress too much about not getting the notification for the I-765. They screw up the electronic notifications a lot. You'll get the hardcopies in a day or two and hopefully they will all be there.

Oh, and if you got your case numbers, just add 1 to the highest one and check it online. For example, if you're MSC89763917, try MSC89763918. You might find your I-765 there. :)

That one is for people who adjusting from K1 visa.

this on is for everybody else.

So that has nothing to do with "popularity".

And I think that is the right place for you since you are adjusting from K1 visa

i just pointed out what i have observed.. i don't know where your word "popularity" comes from.. and some people here also filed I-485 that same thing that from K1 use for filing AOS.

July 23, 2012 - (day 9) - check encash

July 30, 2021 - (day 16) - I-797c NOA received for AOS / EAD / AP and Biometrics schedule

August 14, 2012 (day 31) - Biometrics appointment

September 14, 2012 - (day 62) - USCIS online EAD status change to Card/Document Production

September 25, 2012 - (day 73) - received EAD combo card in mail

Feb 14, 2013 - followed up with NBC. adviced will received letter within 15 days

March 5, 2013 - received text & e-mail status change to
