I'm inclined to agree with Mybackpages on this one.

It's extremely disappointing to be repeatedly mocked & insulted by a VJ member while we really should be focused on supporting one another during this rather arduous process.

Too bad you didn't allow very many others here to be more happy for you, Matako.

Ok so its my turn to be hesitating to post for you.

I will always be happy for people getting NOA2 no matter who it is. But im mainly happy because your NOA1 was Aug 24 and mine is Aug 31. So thats a good news for me more in that aspect.

I just HOPE you will stop writting s... around and that you will start to behave now that you have this good news. Congrats.

I see no reason to believe someone whose main contribution to this forum has been false advice to those seeking help and reassurance.

Well, you finally have a real approval. Congratulations.

Now if you get your butt in gear and get the remaining items to your fiancee and she finishes Packet 3 & 4, she might get an appointment in November and you could have a spectacular Christmas this year. Time to start cleaning up the house and get prepared for a great change in your life.

Start checking out flights from Kiev to your closest international airport. You will probably need her to make a connection some where in Europe. Don't book the flight until you know all the documents are in her possession, the packets are completely filled out, all translations are completed and certified and you have an appointment date. The NVC can move pretty quickly when they want to. By the time you receive the approval in the mail the NVC could already be done and the case sent to Kiev.

I recommend that you schedule the flight about two weeks after the interview to give her plenty of time to get her visa and say her good byes. It takes the embassy in Kiev about a week to send out the actual visa in her passport.

Congratulations, you are going to have a lovely adventure in about 1 1/2 months.
