It seems that a few people that submitted their I129F's the same time as me and they all received their NOA2 more than a week ago.

How long do I have to wait? Why the delay? NOA1 12/16/2011 and the receipt shows 12/20/2011.

I did call USCIS and they said it should be sometime within a 5 month period give or take.

Do I need to worry?

The 5-months processing time announced by the USCIS is an average time goal, so unfortunately sometimes they don't reach it and it takes longer... Be patient, stay strong, and keep you inform of the next steps after receiving the NOA2. :)

VJ timelines are only as accurate as those who update them. Some people start one, never log back in again to update it, so that skews the numbers a bit. VJ is a small sample size of the actual amount of petitions they receive.

Mine is at VSC and with received date 12/27 and NOA1 12/29 with no NOA2 yet. They allowed me a service request calling the NCSC. You can if you wish seeing as they are onto January with both VSC and CSC.

Calicolom, It is supposed to be first come first served, but I do stress the supposed part.
