Hi I m benefiery my fiancée filed petition for me. Can I contact to uscis and ask about case status? And also plz tell me CSC direct contact number I want to speak with them.

I'm afraid, the only way for you, as the beneficiary, the check the status of your case, is online at the USCIS website.

Case information, over the phone, is only provided to the Petitioner.

I believe CSC does not have a direct contact number because, at this stage, the K1 visa is handled by USCIS regardless of the Service Center.

Celeste is right. This isn't your petition, it's your fiancee's petition. Technically, you're not "part of the process" until the petition is approved and you can apply for a visa.

If you have the receipt number, you can log on to uscis.gov and check the case status.

Or you can call the National Customer Service line

1-800-375-5283

But you'll most likely get the same information

that you can already find from checking the

USCIS website.

There's also an email for the CSC

csc-ncsc-followup@dhs.gov

Good Luck!

Not the beneficiary to contact them, it is the petitioner, since he/she file the petition.

They would never talk to me, the beneficiary. It wasn't my petition, it was my husband's (then fiance) ... they wouldn't talk to me until the petition had been approved and I was continuing the process in Canada.

I see your NOA1 date is Dec 15th. My advice is to not call the USCIS before the 5 months mark, so May 15th. If you call before, strong chances are that they will tell you your fiance's petition is still in initial review and that they have a 5 months goal to process your case.
