Comments : The beginning of the process was same as others (fingerprints, waiting, paying).
At he Interview window:
He was an Indian guy...and questions he asked were:
To petitioner: 1. how did we meet?
2. how many brothers and sister my fiance has?
3.is my fiance's brother married?
4. what is my fiance's brother's wife name?
5. why i haven't met my fiance's parents yet?
To beneficiary: 1. when was the first time we met in person?
2. how many brothers and sister the fiance has? how old are they?
3.why do you want to get married in USA?
4. how is your parents are going to attend the wedding?

The only question he asked us over and over about that why our parents haven't met yet? (this was the big deal he made about, for 5 to 10 minutes he said that there is no way you guys can married if parents are not met, or either we are doing for the visa....well he didn't want to admit that this is love marriage is going to take place not arrange.)

I guess he had all planned that he is going to put us on AP, so he had to find something....

Now we are waiting for the results.

POE Review: Atlanta
Event Description
Entry Date : 2012-12-12
Embassy Review : I must say no problem at all in Atlanta. I reached a area known as Tripod and submitted sealed envelop to them. (mostly 2-3 officers handles that area)

Then officer said to take seat and wait for my turn. After 5 mins, he called me and asked few basic question like what is her/his date of birth, where did you both met first?, where is he/she is now? where will you live in US. Then he asked for my finger prints and stamped. i-485 on my passport and told me to marry within 90 days. Overall very nice exp....

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
