What will I do , when the one I Love is 6000 miles away ?

What will I do, when I still have to wait 6 months at least to be with her ?

What will I do, when I miss her so much .

You are not the only one who is in that situation. We are all far away from our partner. But instead of thinking too much of our distance, let's do something productive so we don't feel the loneliness. Because at the end of the day, we will be with our loved ones in time. Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

I've been waiting since last July. We are on round 2 of the paperwork. If your relationship is real and meant to be, you will sacrifice, wait it out,and spend this time deepening the relationship and preparing for the interviews.

you can do some research on your next step.

if my petition is delayed, i have my local politicians and uscis ombudsman to contact.

the first month without my wife was okay, but then it gets very very annoying... then i start to read audits on the uscis and that just even pisses me off more.

01/20/12 - I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox.

01/26/12 - NOA1 received and processing at Vermont.

06/28/12 - NOA2 announced on status check.

06/29/12 - NVC received case learned on 07/2/12.

06/30/12 - Hard copy NOA2 received.

07/09/12 - NVC Casefile Number and IIN Issued.

07/16/12 - Receive and Sent DS-3032 via email.

07/17/12 - Mailed DS-3032 via mail, AOS bill received via email, paid online, Optin email sent.

07/18/12 - Optin accepted and new case number, AOS marked paid, emailed AOS packet.

07/24/12 - Assigned as Agent, IV Fee bill received via email, paid online.

07/25/12 - IV Fee marked paid, emailed IV packet.
