Hello Help!! i just recieved an email for a checklist cover letter. Not sure what this means??

I was informed that they alreayd accepted my AOS packet and I only mailed in my IV packet this morning...

Here is what is says :

______CORRESPONDENCE INSTRUCTIONS:_________________________________

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

______1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:_______________________

The National Visa Center is waiting for an Immigrant Visa Application to be submitted for this case.

The Principal Applicant and any other Applicants who will be accompanying him or her to the United

States must now download and complete an Immigrant Visa Application; please visit the following

website for instructions:

Saylin i just got a checklist for The IV fee.But i already paid the fee!!

Doesn't sound serious.

When i got Checklist for AOS, in the email from NVC, i also got checklist for Payment.

But my status was PAID few days ago.

So i just mailed them AOS checklist that i needed to change and ignored the payment checklist.

You can still call them and ask, i didn't because i knew it was their system not updated.

first is just saying to include the BAR-CODED or "DOCUMENT COVER SHEET" with the package.

second sounds like it's asking you to submit DS-230 for your beneficiary or those immigrating with the beneficiary.

I called NVC, they haven't received the case yet. Its been a while, how long does it take?

My case was received 4 business days after NOA2... but since they've received it, I've been waiting 10 business days so far for my case number :blush:

Dear National Visa Center,

Hi! It's me again. We were having such a great time last Friday, I was hoping we could carry it over to Monday. But you haven't returned my messages. Please respond sometime today with an Immigrant Visa invoice and a DS-260.

They haven't received your packet yet, didn't you just mail it today? or did they get it today? Either way, it's probably an auto generated email. I'd still call them for peace of mind.

Don't worry about this! When NVC reviews a package and accept it, they very commonly issue a checklist for the other package, whether it's in the building or not.

Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!
POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012
