NOA2 !!!!!

I just received email notification that on March 26, 2012, USCIS mailed me a notice indicating approval of our I-129F Petition !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW !!!! I am in a bit of shock...... I actually was anticipating a RFE on some divorce documents, but NO !!!!! I have been trying to contact my better half, it is a little after 2pm in her neck of the woods.

I would like to thank everyone involved in this great forum for their advice and guidance through this step in our visa journey.

I would also like to wish everyone continued good fortune on their visa journey.

CHEERS !!!!

CHEERS !!!!

Congrats on your approval

PS: IMHO...if there is a problem, or you suspect there are red flags contained in your DD documents, I would definitely get it fixed, secure additional documents, etc., for whatever it may be, and hold on to them. You may get a 221G at her interview, or an RFE when you do AOS.

Best to be prepared...Good Luck!

Good point. Actually, in anticipation of a RFE, I did get the additional documents. So we are all set... Now for the next round. Thanks.
