The only way would be to look into Igor's list, find all the cases that were approved in less than a month at USCIS (starting in October would be fine), try to find out if it was because of USC residing abroad or another reason (expedited case) by looking into member's profile and/or posts, and compare your list of beneficiary's countries that benefited from the fast queue to the list of USCIS international field offices.

You're getting close to your NOA2 now. Hang in there!

So, I have heard several times now about US Citizens living abroad queue/ getting approved extremely fast. and I just spoke with a representative about why we are at 4 months, he said that it doesn't exist and that all cases are processed in the order they are received, and that if anyone says that they were approved with a NOA1 after ours, that they are giving me false info. I don't trust that for an instance, therefore..... does anyone know how to get ahold of someone who knows about this???

USCIS call center agents have absolutely no idea what's going on. If you don't believe it just look for yourself. You'll end up confirming that all the members who were approved at CSC in less than a month without requesting expedite are USCs living abroad with their spouse.

Edit: seeing your timeline, I'm thinking it's possible that filing an I-129F caused your file to be taken from that queue and placed in another K3 queue. There's no way to know for sure but it's plausible.

05/14/14: received card production notification by e-mail, approval date 05/13

Naturalization

02/01/24: N-400 submitted online; Biometrics reuse notice received immediately online; "case being actively reviewed" after a couple hours

02/09/24: received NOA1 by mail

02/10/24: received biometrics reuse notice by mail

04/08/24: interview scheduled for 05/14. Received "We have taken an action in your case" email.

05/14/24: approved at interview, same-day oath ceremony in San Francisco 🥳 🇺🇸
