Just received NOA2!

I can't believe how fast it came!

We sent the I-129F petition November 16 2011 it was received there on November 21 2011 and as of February 22 2012 we got notice that our petition approved! Here's hoping that the process can be this fast with other couples too!

Just received NOA2!

Congrats!! Your timeline is pretty close to Mark and mine! We sent off our I-129F on November 10, got our NOA1 Nov 14 and received out NOA2 on Feb 14!! Almost exactly 3 months just as yours! I know you guys are excited, hopefully things will speed up now! :)

November 14, 2011 - Received our Hard Copy of NOA1
February 14, 2012 - Received our NOA2
February 18, 2012 - Received our Hard Copy of NOA2

March 5, 2012 - NVC Left
March 9, 2012 - Consulate Received
March 13, 2012 - Packet 3 Received
April 10, 2012 - Sent off Packet 3

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Congratulations guys! I sure hope mine comes by mid March. This wait is killing me. But I have a trip planned in mid March to see my baby =) so that always helps. Once again, congrats!

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .
